Note I didn't say, the top 5 things for Norristown to survive, because surviving is just making it...I'm talking about EXCELLING INTO THE 21st CENTURY. This is important because as we see new leadership coming into position in Norristown there needs to be some reference of what committed people like you see as the basic needs in Norristown to excel.
